The amino acid composition of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge protein was analyzed. The alkali-solution and acid-precipitation (ASAP) processes for extracting protein from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge oil residue were optimized by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment. The results showed that the Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge protein had eighteen kinds of amino acids, and the highest content of amino acid was glutamic acid (14.25%), followed by arginine (6.00%) and asparaginic acid (5.08%); the optimal extraction conditions of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge protein were obtained as follows: ratio of solid to liquid 1∶30, extraction pH 9, extraction time 150 min, extraction temperature 60℃,the protein yield was 22.58% after extraction for twice under the optimal conditions; at the optimal acid-precipitation pH 4.6,the protein sedimentation rate was 94.67%; by ASAP extraction, the purity of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge protein increased from 38.46% to 84.03%. |
