The effect of soy oligopeptides(SOP) and soy oligosaccharides(SOS) compound (65∶35)on physical power of mice was dicussed. The ICR mice, weighing 18-20 g ,were randomly divided into 16 groups, ten mice in each group, 50% male and 50% female, and the intragastric administration dosages were 0.5,1.0,1.5,2.0,2.5,3.0,3.5 g/kg respectively. After continuous intragastric administration for 21 d, burden swimming experiment was conducted in eight groups (seven dose groups and one control group),and the swimming time was measured; besides, glycogen contents in liver and muscle of the mice in the other eight groups(seven dose groups and one control group)were determined. The results showed that comparing with the control group, the swimming time of the mice with intragastric administration dosage of 1.5 g/kg increased by 64.6% and glycogen contents in liver and muscle of the mice increased by 32.27% and 35.87% respectively. It was declared that SOP and SOS compound increased the anti-fatigue and anti-stress functions of mice, so the compound had good effects on building up strength and anti-fatigue,and the effective dosage and the optimal dosage were 0.5 g/kg and 1.5 g/kg, respectively. |
