Abstract: |
Removal of cyanides(Linamarin) from Hevea brasiliensis seed meal by solid fermentation with Aspergillus niger was studied. With fermentation time, fermentation temperature and bran dosage as factors, removal rate of cyanides as response value, the removal conditions were optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that the optimal conditions were obtained as follows:fermentation time 82 h,fermentation temperature 30.5℃,bran dosage 11 g(10 g of Hevea brasiliensis seed meal).Under the optimal conditions, the removal rate of cyanides reached 94.30%,and the cyanides content of the fermented Hevea brasiliensis seed meal reduced from 3.7 mg/kg to 0.211 mg/kg. |
