The ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Abelmoschus esculentus seed oil was studied and the fatty acid composition of Abelmoschus esculentus seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS. The effects of extraction solvent, material granularity, ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature, extraction time and ultrasonic power on the yield of Abelmoschus esculentus seed oil were studied by single factor experiment. Then the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment as follows: with n-hexane as extraction solvent, material granularity 40-60 meshes, ratio of material to liquid 1∶9, extraction temperature 50℃, extraction time 75 min, ultrasonic power 80 W. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of Abelmoschus esculentus seed oil was 26.26%,and eleven kinds of fatty acids were identified from Abelmoschus esculentus seed oil, among which the content of linoleic acid was the highest, reaching 34.06%. |
