      以内蒙古胡麻籽为原料，采用水剂法提取胡麻籽油。在单因素试验的基础上，通过正交试验优化胡麻籽油的提取工艺条件，并分析了胡麻籽油的理化性质。试验得到胡麻籽油的最佳提取工艺条件为：料液比1∶15，pH 11，浸提温度75℃，浸提时间3.5 h；在此条件下胡麻籽油得率为22.17%。经测定，水剂法提取的胡麻籽油气味、滋味纯正，水分及挥发物含量为0.11%，酸值（KOH）为0.38 mg/g。
英文摘要:
      Oil was extracted from Inner Mongolia linseed by aqueous method. The optimal extraction conditions of linseed oil were obtained by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows： solid-liquid ratio 1∶15，pH 11，extraction temperature 75℃ and extraction time 3.5 h. Under these conditions，the yield of linseed oil was 22.17%. The linseed oil extracted by aqueous method had pure odor and taste，the moisture and volatile matter content was 0.11%，and the acid value was 0.38 mgKOH/g.
