Abstract:
      Oil was extracted from Inner Mongolia linseed by aqueous method. The optimal extraction conditions of linseed oil were obtained by orthogonal experiment based on single factor experiment as follows： solid-liquid ratio 1∶15，pH 11，extraction temperature 75℃ and extraction time 3.5 h. Under these conditions，the yield of linseed oil was 22.17%. The linseed oil extracted by aqueous method had pure odor and taste，the moisture and volatile matter content was 0.11%，and the acid value was 0.38 mgKOH/g.
