Abstract:
      Polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) are important nutrients with significant physiological function and widely biological function,which play an important role in the prevention and treatment of cancer, and can induce apoptosis and reduce the invasive potential of cancer cells to a certain extent,but the mechanism is not clear.So people pay more and more attention to the research and application of PUFA.The function and mechanism of PUFA in cancer were viewed so as to provide a theoretical basis and practical direction for the treatment of cancer in clinical.
