Abstract: |
The effects of different mass concentrations of nitrogen salt, phosphate and silicate on the growth and oil production of oil-rich tropical marine microalgae XG01 (Psammodictyon panduriforme) were measured. The optimal cultural conditions were obtained as follows:mass concentrations of nitrogen salt(NaNO3),phosphate (NaH2PO4) and silicate (Na2SiO3·9H2O) were 300,10 mg/L and 20 mg/L respectively. Under the optimal cultural conditions, the biomass, oil content and oil production in the cell of microalgae XG01 were up to 0.85 g/L,48.21% and 0.41 g/L respectively. |
