Abstract:
      The application of nanofiltration in concentration of soy isoflavones eluent to remove ethanol was studied.The optimal operation conditions were obtained as follows: the retent relative molecular weight of nanofiltration membrane 150 Da, operation temperature 35 ℃, operation pressure 2.5 MPa. Under these conditions, the solid content of feed concentrated from 1.82% to 11%, the concentration ratio reached 6.04, and 85% of ethanol was separated from soy isoflavones eluent. Furthermore, the nanofiltration membrane could be used repeatedly by ethanol washing.
