Abstract:
      Eurycorymbus cavaleriei seed oil was extracted by Soxhlet extraction method, and its physicochemical property and fatty acid composition were determined. The results showed that the content of crude fat of Eurycorymbus cavaleriei kernel was 36.42%; the acid value, saponification value and iodine value of Eurycorymbus cavaleriei seed oil were 0.70 mgKOH/g, 184 mgKOH/g and 111 gI/100 g, respectively; fourteen kinds of fatty acids were identified in Eurycorymbus cavaleriei seed oil, mainly including oleic acid (35.87%), linolic acid (18.39%) and linolenic acid (17.18%);the content of unsaturated fatty acids was up to 92.37%. Eurycorymbus cavaleriei as an exploitable oil plant resources had high utilization value.
