The process condition of subcritical butane extraction of cottonseed oil was studied,and the quality of the product was detected and analyzed.The Box-Behnken response surface design was employed to optimize the process condition on the basis of single factor experiment.The optimal process parameters of subcritical butane extraction of cottonseed oil were obtained as follows:extraction temperature 47℃,extraction times 4, extraction time 36 min, particle size 60 meshes.Under these conditions,the extraction rate was 93.1%.The results indicated that the quality of the cottonseed oil extracted by subcritical butane was better,resulting in a reduction of refining cost and better economic benefit. |
