      采用盐酸预处理活性炭,制备了适用于固定床反应器的颗粒状碳载钯催化剂。通过比表面积及孔结构、X射线衍射和透射电子显微镜分析表征手段,考察碳载钯催化剂在棕榈油连续化加氢反应体系中的催化性能。结果表明:碳载钯催化剂分散度高,粒径分布均匀,在棕榈油加氢反应中表现出了良好地催化C=C加氢性能,在反应温度210℃、反应压力2.0 MPa和液时空速35 h-1条件下,氢化棕榈油碘值(I)可降至0.2 g/100 g以下;碳载钯催化剂还表现出较好的催化稳定性,在测试的100 h内没有明显失活迹象。
英文摘要:
      The carbon supported palladium catalyst for fixed bed reactor was prepared with activated carbon pretreated with HCl solution. The catalytic performance of carbon supported palladium catalyst in the reaction system of continuous hydrogenation of palm oil was investigated by BET, XRD and TEM, respectively. The results indicated that the prepared carbon supported palladium catalyst possessed a high degree of dispersion and uniform particle size distribution, which showed excellent catalytic performance in the C=C hydrogenation; the iodine value of hydrogenated palm oil reduced to below 0.2 gI/100 g under the conditions of reaction temperature 210℃, reaction pressure 2.0 MPa and liquid hourly space velocity 35 h-1. Besides, the catalyst showed good catalysis stability, and there was no obvious deactivation sign within 100 h.
