Abstract:
      The theory, process and key control points including controls of miscella concentration,degumming and alkali refining of cottonseed miscella refining were introduced. The refining yields, colours, acid values and peroxide values of refined cottonseed oils by conventional chemical refining and cottonseed miscella refining were compared and analyzed. It was concluded that the effect of cottonseed miscella refining was better.
