Influencing factors of the quality changes of sunflower seeds (kernel) during storage were researched. The effects of air, sunlight, temperature, moisture, impurity and sunflower seeds (kernel) intact on quality changes of sunflower seeds (kernel) during storage were studied. The method for controlling or eliminating adverse influencing factors including the anti-sun, anti-moisture, moisture reduction, improvement of intact rate, reductions of fragmentation rate and impurity content, plastic film sealed storage, short storage time were explored. |
