Abstract:
      The method for determing aflatoxin B1 (AFB1)in peanut by indirect ELISA was established,and the effects of equilibrium relative humidity and storage time on the content of AFB1 were studied. The results showed that the method had good reproducibility, and the recovery rate, the linear range and the limit of detection were 95.20%-97.75%, 0.049-0.971 μg/kg and 0.029 μg/kg respectively; the content of AFB1in peanut increased with equilibrium relative humidity rising and storage time prolonging, while the content of AFB1was still below 20 μg/kg of the limitation of the national food safety standard, when peanut was stored for 90 d under the condition of the equilibrium relative humidity below 57.6%.
