Abstract:
      Based on the single factor experiment，the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil were optimized by response surface methodology （RSM）. The results showed that the optimal ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil were obtained as follows：petroleum ether used as extraction solvent，ratio of solid to liquid 1∶19，extraction time 15 min，ultrasonic power 105 W. Under these conditions，the extraction rate of Cinnamomum burmannii seeds oil was 59.51%.
