      采用浸渍法制备了活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸催化剂,用于催化地沟油与甲醇反应制备生物柴油,分别采用单因素实验和正交实验对反应条件进行了优化,并分析测试了所制备生物柴油的主要性能指标。确定适宜的反应条件为:醇油摩尔比20∶1,催化剂用量4%,反应温度70℃,反应时间4 h;在此条件下,地沟油酯化率达95.86%。制备的生物柴油性能指标均在国家生物柴油标准范围内。
英文摘要:
      The p-toluene sulfonic acid loaded on activated carbon (p-TSA/AC) was prepared by impregnation method to catalyze the esterification of waste cooking oil and methanol to obtain biodiesel. Then the performance of the biodiesel obtained was measured. The optimal esterification conditions were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows: molar ratio of methanol to oil 20∶1, dosage of catalyst 4%, reaction temperature 70℃ and reaction time 4 h. Under these conditions, the esterification rate of waste cooking oil reached 95.86%. Meanwhile, the performance of the biodiesel prepared met the national standard of biodiesel.
