Using shelled hemp seed as raw material, hemp seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2 extraction and two-step separation and was collected separately from separation kettle Ⅰ and separation kettleⅡ through controlling the separation parameters. Then the compositions of triglyceride and tocopherol of the hemp seed oil obtained were analyzed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method and national standard method respectively. The results showed that there were some differences in compositions of triglyceride and tocopherol of hemp seed oils collected from separation kettleⅠand separation kettle Ⅱ. Hemp seed oil gathered from separation kettle Ⅰ basically consisted of trilinolein(32.1%), dilinolenic acid-linoleic acid triglyceride(29.8%)and oleic acid-dilinoleic acid triglyceride(19.6%); while hemp seed oil gathered from separation kettle Ⅱ basically consisted of dilinoleic acid-linolenic acid triglyceride(33.9%), trilinolein(27.6%) and oleic acid-dilinoleic acid triglyceride(26.4%). Tocopherol composition of hemp seed oil was main γ-tocopherol, followed by α-tocopherol, δ-tocopherol was the least. Tocopherol content of hemp seed oil collected from separation kettle Ⅱwas more than that collected from separation kettleⅠ. By supercritical CO2 extraction coupled with two-step separation, the selective separations of triglyceride and tocopherol of hemp seed oil could be initially achieved . |
