Effects of storage temperature, storage time, utensils (plastic bottle, iron bottle, china bottle) and antioxidant on peroxide value (POV) of linseed oil were studied. The results showed that POV of linseed oil increased with storage time prolonging; the increase of POV of linseed oil delayed at low temperature or with antioxidant; the three kinds of utensils were suitable for storing linseed oil at low temperature(4℃),and the effect of iron bottle was the best,while the effect of plastic bottle was the best when linseed oil was stored at room temperature. |
