The active constituents in tea seed oils from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Fujian, Henan, Yunnan, Sichuan and Guizhou were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the contents of total phenols in tea seed oils from Sichuan, Guizhou and Yunnan were the highest, above 900 mg/kg,while the total phenols in tea seed oils from other six areas had no obvious difference (400-660 mg/kg); the content of VE in tea seed oil from Sichuan was the highest, reaching 68.55 mg/100 g, but the content of α- VE with the strongest biological activity in tea seed oil from Jiangsu was the highest,about 31.94 mg/100 g; squalene, triterpene like lupeol and four kinds of sterols substances (campesterol, stigmasterol, lanosterol and sitosterol )were detected in tea seed oils from the nine areas, and β-amyrin was detected in tea seed oils from all the nine areas except Hunan, Hubei and Fujian; besides, astaxanthin, a kind of carotenoid, was detected in tea seed oils from the nine areas; the contents of total sterols in tea seed oils from Sichuan and Guizhou were the highest, about 5 710.4 mg/kg and 5 539.3 mg/kg respectively. The comprehensive analysis result indicated that the tea seed oils from Sichuan and Guizhou with the highest active constituents contents had the best quality. |
