Abstract:
      The working principle of water ring vacuum pump, process flow and effect of its application practice in negative pressure evaporation process of oil solvent extraction were introduced. The application practice demonstrated that it was entirely feasible to applicate water ring vacuum pump technology in negative pressure evaporation process of solvent extraction in large-scale oil plant. Comparing with the conventional full steam vacuum process, the water ring vacuum pump technology had lower operation cost, obvious energy saving effect and better environmental protection income upon the obtention of the same vacuum effect.
