Abstract:
      The oil was extracted from peony seed by aqueous enzymatic method.The effects of enzymolysis temperature,enzymolysis time,enzyme dosage,liquid-solid ratio on the yield of peony seed oil were studied by single factor experiment,on this basis,the aqueous enzymatic extraction conditions of peony seed oil were optimized by quadratic regression orthogonal design.The results showed that enzymolysis temperature had the greatest effect on the yield of peony seed oil,followed by liquid-solid ratio,enzyme dosage and enzymolysis time; the optimal aqueous enzymatic extraction conditions of peony seed oil were obtained as follows:enzymolysis temperature 52℃,liquid-solid ratio 3∶1,enzyme dosage 3.6%(based on the mass of peony seed) and enzymolysis time 4 h.Under these conditions,the yield of peony seed oil reached 92.8%.
