| Process flows and control points of two kinds of refining processes (conventional alkali refining process and miscella refining process) were described, and indexes of cottonseed oil products produced by the two kinds of refining processes were analyzed and compared. Comparing with the conventional alkali refining process, R value of color,acid value, saponified matter content and content of oil in soapstock of the cottonseed oil product obtained by miscella refining process decreased by 1.5- 2.5, 0.08 mgKOH/g , 0.015 percentage point and 10- 20 percentage point,respectively,and the yield of refining increased by 2-6 percentage point. Miscella refining process applicated in production and processing of Xinjiang cottonseed oil had the advantages of high refining yield,light color of product oil,low power consumption and low maintenance cost,and the adverse effect of high content gossypol in Xinjiang cottonseed on the production of cottonseed oil was eliminated,which was suitable for the production of Xinjiang cottonseed oil. |
