      为从新疆沙漠中筛选高脂微藻,对新疆古尔班通古特沙漠和塔克拉玛干沙漠分离鉴定的12株微藻在初始接种量一致和相同培养条件下,对其收获并冷冻干燥,测定生物量与总脂含量。结果表明:TLD2A1、TLD7B-5、GTD3a-5 3株微藻生物量比较大,依次为650、600、580mg/L;微藻藻株GTD3a-5总脂含量最高,达33.2%;脂肪酸组成分析可知GTD3a-5油脂富含C16、C17和C18系脂肪酸。以总脂收获量为综合评价指标对12株微藻进行分析,确定藻株GTD3a-5为一株具有产油潜力的微藻藻株。

      The total lipid contents and biomasses of twelve strains of microalgal, isolated and identified from Gurbantonggut desert and Taklimakan desert of Xinjiang,cultured under the same initial inoculum amount and conditions and freeze-dried, were determined. The results showed that TLD2A1,TLD7B-5,GTD3a-5 strains had larger biomasses, reaching 650,600 mg/L and 580 mg/L respectively; GTD3a-5 strain had the largest total lipid content, and the analysis result of fatty acid composition indicated that the lipid of GTD3a-5 strain was rich in C16,C17 and C18 fatty acids. The twelve strains of microalgal were analyzed with the total lipid yield as the evaluation index, and GTD3a-5 was an oil-producing potential strain of microalgae.
