The total lipid contents and biomasses of twelve strains of microalgal, isolated and identified from Gurbantonggut desert and Taklimakan desert of Xinjiang, cultured under the same initial inoculum amount and conditions and freeze-dried, were determined. The results showed that TLD2A1,TLD7B-5,GTD3a-5 strains had larger biomasses, reaching 650,600 mg/L and 580 mg/L respectively; GTD3a-5 strain had the largest total lipid content, and the analysis result of fatty acid composition indicated that the lipid of GTD3a-5 strain was rich in C16,C17 and C18 fatty acids. The twelve strains of microalgal were analyzed with the total lipid yield as the evaluation index, and GTD3a-5 was an oil-producing potential strain of microalgae. |
