Abstract:
      An oil-rich marine microalgae strain was isolated from seawater of Dongzhai Port mangrove in Hainan by nile red dyeing combined with oil extraction. Its oil content and oil production were 36.43% and 0.186 g/L, respectively. By combination of morphological obsearvation by scanning electron microscopy and molecular identification technique, the oil-rich marine microalgae strain was identified asRhodella maculata.
