Lactuca sativa L. seed oil was extracted by supercritical CO2.The effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, flow rate of CO2,grinding particle size, disposable processing capacity and extraction time on the yield of Lactuca sativa L. seed oil were discussed by single factor experiment. Based on this, the supercritical CO2 extraction of Lactuca sativa L. seed oil was optimized by orthogonal experiment, and its fatty acid composition was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: mass of Lactuca sativa L. seed powder 50 g, grinding particle size 24 meshes, extraction pressure 30 MPa, extraction temperature 45℃, flow rate of CO2 6 L/min and extraction time 4 h. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of Lactuca sativa L. seed oil was 17.92%. The fatty acid composition of Lactuca sativa L. seed oil was mainly composed of linoleic acid (56.420%), oleic acid (22.562%) and palmitic acid (7.795%), in which the content of unsaturated fatty acids reached 86.682%. |
