| Abstract: |
| With Xinjiang pomegranate seed as raw material，pomegranate seed oil was extracted by ultrasound-assisted solvent method. On the basis of single factor experiment，the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows：with petroleum ether (60-90℃) as extraction solvent, particle size of pomegranate seed powder 60 meshes, solid-liquid ratio 1∶10，ultrasonic power 240 W，ultrasonic treatment time 50 min and ultrasonic treatment temperature 45℃. Under these conditions，the yield of pomegranate seed oil was 15.09％. The analysis results of GC-MS indicated that the main fatty acids of pomegranate seed oil were as follows：palmitic acid 6.24%，linoleic acid 14.64%，oleic acid 11.11%，stearic acid 3.97%，punicic acid 43.46%，9，12，15-octadecatrienoic acid 11.31% and 6，9，12-octadecatrienoic acid 9.28%. |
