      以新疆石榴籽为原料,超声辅助溶剂法提取石榴籽油,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验确定了超声辅助溶剂法提取石榴籽油的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,石榴籽油的最佳提取工艺条件为:石油醚(60~90℃)为提取溶剂,石榴籽粉碎粒度60目,料液比1∶10,超声功率240 W,超声处理时间50 min,超声处理温度45℃;在该条件下,石榴籽提油率为15.09%。GC-MS分析结果显示,石榴籽油的主要脂肪酸为:棕榈酸6.24%、亚油酸14.64%、油酸11.11%、硬脂酸3.97%、石榴酸43.46%、9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸11.31%、6,9,12-十八碳三烯酸9.28%。

      With Xinjiang pomegranate seed as raw material,pomegranate seed oil was extracted by ultrasound-assisted solvent method. On the basis of single factor experiment,the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows:with petroleum ether (60-90℃) as extraction solvent, particle size of pomegranate seed powder 60 meshes, solid-liquid ratio 1∶10,ultrasonic power 240 W,ultrasonic treatment time 50 min and ultrasonic treatment temperature 45℃. Under these conditions,the yield of pomegranate seed oil was 15.09%. The analysis results of GC-MS indicated that the main fatty acids of pomegranate seed oil were as follows:palmitic acid 6.24%,linoleic acid 14.64%,oleic acid 11.11%,stearic acid 3.97%,punicic acid 43.46%,9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid 11.31% and 6,9,12-octadecatrienoic acid 9.28%.
