Abstract: |
Using 138 edible vegetable product oils of 10 varieties,38 refined swill-cooked dirty oils and 80 oils blended by edible vegetable product oils and refined swill-cooked dirty oils as samples,their Raman spectras were scanned in two different ranges of wave number with 532 nm laser source,then the edible vegetable product oils and refined swill-cooked dirty oils were screened and identified by spectra morphology comparison and spectra data analysis. The results showed that the accuracies of the edible vegetable product oils and refined swill-cooked dirty oils all reached 100%;the accuracies of blended oils contained 5%,10% and 20% swill-cooked dirty oil were 40%,63% and 85% respectively,and the decision results had good logicality with each other. The method had items of low cost,short time and small consumption of samples and could control the sham positive rate effectively,which was suitable for screening swill-cooked dirty oil,and it was even more effective to identify swill-cooked dirty oil if combined with other confirmation method. |
