Flaxseed powder was treated by microwave, and the effects of microwave treatment conditions on the content of cyanogenic glucosides in flaxseed powder, extraction rate and quality of flaxseed oil were investigated. The results showed that microwave treatment could effectively reduce the content of cyanogenic glucosides in flaxseed powder and increase the oil extraction rate of flaxseed powder;the contents of flavonoids, polyphenols, carotenoids and sterols in flaxseed oil improved to some extent, while the peroxide value and acid value of flaxseed oil also increased, whereas iodine value decreased. |
