The biodiesel was prepared by the transesterification of refined Akebia trifoliata seed oil and methanol with NaOH as catalyst. Based on the single-factor experimental results of reaction temperature, reaction time, molar ratio of methanol to oil and catalyst dosage, the response surface methodology experiment of four factors and three levels was designed, and the response surface optimization analysis was taken according to the center combination principle. The results showed that under the conditions of reaction temperature 60℃, reaction time 1.5 h, molar ratio of methanol to oil 6.5∶1 and catalyst dosage 1.0% (based on the mass of Akebia trifoliata seed oil), the yield of biodiesel was 94.5%. |
