Abstract:
      With waste clay as adsorbent, the removal of residual soap from alkali refined soybean oil was studied. Based on single factor experiment, the optimal conditions of removing residual soap were obtained by response surface methodology as follows: adsorption temperature 82℃, dosage of waste clay 0.5% and adsorption time 20 min. The content of residual soap and the removal rate of residual soap were 29.09 mg/kg and 91.81% under these conditions, meanwhile the removal rate of residual soap with short time (3 d) saved waste clay was over 85%.
