Abstract:
      The subcritical extraction conditions of oil from Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.seed were studied.The effects of raw material granularity,extraction temperature and extraction time on oil extraction rate were studied by single factor experiment,and the subcritical extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology designed by Box-Behnken principle.The results showed that when tetrafluoroethane(R134a)was used as solvent,extraction pressure was 1.0 MPa and extraction times was three,the optimal subcritical extraction conditions were obtained as follows:granularity of raw material 66 meshes,extraction temperature 41℃ and extraction time 56 min.Under the optimal conditions,the oil extraction rate reached 97.18%.The detection results of physicochemical properties of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.seed oil indicated that the acid value and peroxide value were 0.8 mgKOH/g and 0.20 g/100 g respectively,the contents of total arsenic and lead were below 0.01 mg/kg and 0.005 mg/kg respectively,the relative density and refractive index were 0.929 3 and 1.471 respectively,and no residual solvent was detected.The fatty acid composition of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.seed oil was analyzed by gas chromatography,and thirteen kinds of fatty acids were identified as palmitic acid (6.10%),oleic acid (28.77%),linoleic acid (45.62%),eicosenoic acid(6.78%) and stearic acid(1.79%),in which the content of unsaturated fatty acids was 81.91%.
