Abstract: |
A method for determining seven kinds of phthalate acid esters(PAEs) in edible oil by solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPE-GC-MS) was established. The method had good linearship in the range of 0.01-5.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient R2 more than 0.998 7;the instrumental limit of detection (S/N=3) of the method ranged from 0.06 to 0.5 μg/L; the average recovery was 72.4%- 103.0%. The contents of seven kinds of PAEs (DMP,DEP,DBP,DPP,BBP,DEHP,DnOP) in 27 edible oils samples of different kinds and packaging materials were determined by SPE-GC-MS.The results showed that PAEs were all detected in the 27 edible oils in different degrees; DEHP was detected in all of the 27 edible oils samples, and its content ranged from 0.007 to 4.752 mg/kg; DBP was detected in 25 edible oils samples, and its content was in the range of 0.007-21.290 mg/kg; DEP was only detected in rice bran oil sample packaged in iron box, BBP was detected in two olive oils samples packaged in glass bottle and DnOP was detected in none of the edible oils samples. The contents of DBP in 9 samples and DEHP in 2 samples of the 27 tested edible oils samples were respectively over 0.3 mg/kg and 1.5 mg/kg of the national standard limits, and the reject rates were 33.3% and 7.4% respectively. |
