Abstract:
      Phytosterol sulfosuccinate was synthesized by phytosterol and succinyl oxide with toluene as solvent and pyridine as catalyst. Phytosterol erythritol sulfosuccinate diester was synthesized by purified phytosterol sulfosuccinate and erythritol with Lipozyme 435 as catalyst. With Lipozyme 435 as catalyst, tert-butanol(molecular sieve dehydration) as solvent and esterification rate as index, the optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: dosage of Lipozyme 435 100 g/L, concentration of phytosterol sulfosuccinate 50 mmol/L, molar ratio of phytosterol sulfosuccinate to erythritol 1∶3.5,dosage of molecular sieve 80 g/L, reaction temperature 55℃,reaction time 120 h.Under these conditions, the esterification rate reached 81.6%.
