The feasibility of enzymatic preparation of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) by phospholipase A1 in aqueous media was studied, and the effects of enzymolysis conditions on the relative content of LPE were discussed. The results showed that the optimal enzymolysis conditions were obtained as follows: purity of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) 80%, ratio of liquid to material 10∶1, enzymolysis temperature 35 ℃, dosage of phospholipase A1 0.04 mL/g, dosage of CaCl2 0.010 g/mL,enzymolysis time 30 min.Under the optimal conditions, the relative content of LPE in the enzymatic hydrolysate reached 42.0%. |
