Abstract:
      The feasibility of enzymatic preparation of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) by phospholipase A1 in aqueous media was studied, and the effects of enzymolysis conditions on the relative content of LPE were discussed. The results showed that the optimal enzymolysis conditions were obtained as follows: purity of phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) 80%, ratio of liquid to material 10∶1, enzymolysis temperature 35 ℃, dosage of phospholipase A1 0.04 mL/g, dosage of CaCl2 0.010 g/mL,enzymolysis time 30 min.Under the optimal conditions, the relative content of LPE in the enzymatic hydrolysate reached 42.0%.
