      建立了气相色谱-串联质谱法(GC-MS/MS)测定食用植物油中β-谷甾醇含量的分析方法。样品经2 mol/L氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液皂化、石油醚萃取后,采用GC-MS/MS在多反应监测(MRM)模式下对β-谷甾醇含量进行测定。该方法在2.0~20.0 μg/mL线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 6;以胆固醇作替代内标,平均加标回收率为95.7%~101.4%,相对标准偏差为1.0%~3.7%;方法的检出限为0.2 mg/kg。该方法操作简便,检测灵敏度高,干扰小,适用于食用植物油中β-谷甾醇含量的检测。
英文摘要:
      A method for the determination of β-sitosterol in edible vegetable oil was established by gaschromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS). After the oil sample was saponified by 2 mol/L potassium hydroxide-ethanol solution and the unsaponifiable fractions were extracted by petroleum ether,β-sitosterol could be analyzed by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry in multiple reaction monitoring mode. There was a good linear relationship in the range of 2.0-20.0 μg/mL. The correlation coefficient, the recovery of cholesterol, the relative standard deviation and the limit of detection of the method were 0.999 6, 95.7%-101.4%, 1.0%-3.7% and 0.2 mg/kg, respectively.The method had the items of simpleness and sensitiveness, which was applicable to determine the content of β-sitosterol in edible vegetable oil.
