Abstract: |
In order to determine the extraction method and property of Lucilia sericata larva oil and lay a foundation for its utilization, the Lucilia sericata larva oil was extracted by solvent extraction method and ultrasound-microwave extraction method respectively with petroleum ether as solvent, then the extraction conditions of the two methods were optimized by response surface methodology, and the physicochemical property of Lucilia sericata larva oil was analyzed. The results showed that the optimal conditions of solvent extraction method were obtained as follows:temperature 40℃,time 7.93 h,ratio of material to solvent 1∶19.71,under these conditions, the theoretical yield and the actual yield were 28.27% and 27.89% respectively; the optimal conditions of ultrasound-microwave extraction method were obtained as follows:time 10 min, ratio of material to solvent 1∶12,ultrasonic power 339.10 W,microwave power 446.64 W,temperature 57.77℃,under these conditions, the theoretical yield and the actual yield were 24.69% and 24.67% respectively. The iodine values of Lucilia sericata larva oils extracted by the two methods were similar, and the acid value of Lucilia sericata larva oil extracted by ultrasound-microwave extraction method was lower, about 6.55 mgKOH/g; the peroxide value of Lucilia sericata larva oil extracted by solvent extraction method was 6.22 meq/kg,the hue-saturation-intensity values S of the two kinds of oils were 0.72 and 0.95 respectively, and the color of Lucilia sericata larva oil extracted by ultrasound-microwave extraction method was deeper. The yield of oil extracted by solvent extraction method was higher, while ultrasound-microwave extraction method consumed less time and the quality of the extracted oil was better. Therefore, ultrasound-microwave extraction method was the appropriate extraction method for Lucilia sericata larva oil. |
