Abstract: |
The oil was extracted from the tail adipose tissue of Giant Salamander by enzymatic hydrolysis method so as to seek a new way for the utilization of Chinese Giant Salamander resource. Then the physicochemical properties and fatty acid composition of Giant Salamander tail oil were analyzed. The results showed that the optimal enzymatic extraction conditions of Giant Salamander tail oil were obtained as follows:dosage of enzyme 0.3%,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶1.0, enzymolysis time 1.0 h,enzymolysis temperature 60℃,pH 6.5. Under the optimal conditions, the extraction rate was 98.53%. The Giant Salamander tail oil extracted reached the first grade standard of crude fish oil(SC/T 3502—2000). 17 kinds of fatty acids were detected from the Giant Salamander tail oil,and the contents of MUFA and PUFA were 49.42% and 29.35% respectively. |
