SiO2 carrier was prepared by gel-sol method and the composite solid acid catalyst Ti(SO4)2-Ti(SO4)2-Zr(SO4)2 was synthesized by impregnating Ti(SO4)2 and Zr(SO4)2 to the SiO2 carrier. The primary characterization of the catalyst was analyzed by FTIR and TG-DTG . The catalytic activity of the catalyst in the alcoholysis reaction of Jatropha curcas L. seed oil was studied. The effects of catalyst dosage, molar ratio of methanol to oil, reaction time and reaction temperature on alcoholysis reaction were investigated with conversion rate as index.TG-DTG analysis result showed the calcination temperature should be set at 300[KG-*8]℃ so as to prepare high catalytic and efficient catalyst; FTIR characterization result indicated Ti(SO4)2 and Zr(SO4)2 had been successfully loaded on the surface of SiO2 carrier after im pregnation. The optimal reaction conditions were obtained by single factor experiment as follows: reaction temperature 120℃, molar ratio of methanol to oil 15∶1, catalyst dosage 5% and reaction time 5 h. Under these conditions, the conversion rate of Jatropha curcas L. seed oil was the highest, reaching 92.53%. |
