Abstract:
      For the increasing safety risk of edible oil in the market，the monitoring model of safety risk and risk control scheme of edible oil were attempted to establish to monitor the risks using risk analysis and risk assessment techniques so as to achieve the purpose of early warning and timely disposal of risk. Based on this model，enterprises could make adjustment combining with self situation to conduct the safety risk monitoring of edible oil security situation，and they could take timely and effective measures when necessary to evade the safety risk of edible oil products so as to reduce business risk and avoid inducing the enterprise crisis.
