Abstract:
      Using linseed as raw material, the counter-current extraction and application of linseed gum were studied. With weak acid water of pH 6.0-6.5 as extractant, under the conditions of ratio of solid to liquid 1∶5, stirring rate 10-30 r/min, temperature (55±5)℃ and time 45-60 min, the yield of linseed gum was 6.9%. After the extraction of linseed gum, the production process of linseed oil was obviously promoted and the gum content in the crude linseed oil reduced, which could improve the comprehensive utilization value of linseed.
