Abstract: |
Using Paeonia delavayi seed as raw material and extraction rate as index, the effects of extraction time, extraction pressure, extraction temperature and flow rate of CO2 on extraction rate of Paeonia delavayi seed oil by supercritical CO2 were studied by orthogonal experiment. The fatty acid composition of Paeonia delavayiseed oil was analyzed by GC-MS and compared with the Paeonia delavayi Fengdan seed oil. The results showed that the optimal supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Paeonia delavayi seed oil were obtained as follows:extraction time 60 min, extraction temperature 40℃,extraction pressure 45 MPa and flow rate of CO2 20 kg/h .Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Paeonia delavayi seed oil was 27.34%. The content of unsaturated fatty acids in Paeonia delavayi seed oil was 89.34%,in which the contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 14.25% and 72.26%,respectively. The content of unsaturated fatty acids in Paeonia delavayi seed oil was close to Paeonia delavayi Fengdan seed oil, while the contents of linolenic acid and oleic acid in Paeonia delavayi seed oil were higher. |
