Glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC)was prepared by the enzymatic hydrolysis of soybean lecithin in aqueous media with complex phospholipase as catalyst, and the complex enzymatic hydrolysis by phospholipase A1 and phospholipase A2 could not only effectively shorten the enzymolysis time, but also improve the yield of GPC. The optimal enzymatic hydrolysis conditions were determined by response surface methodology as follows:mass concentration of substrate 61 g/L, enzymolysis temperature 45.2℃, dosage of phospholipase A1 16.86 U/mL, dosage of phospholipase A2 21.98 U/mL, dosage of CaCl2 5.18 g/L. Under the optimal conditions, the average yield of GPC was 96.25%after enzymatic hydrolysis for 2 h. |
