Abstract: |
The polarization and capacitance effects in the discerning of swill-cooked dirty oil by common conductivity measurement were eliminated by conductivity dual frequency measurement. The linearity of the measurement system was measured by NaCl solution with different mass concentrations ranging from 0 to 100 mg/L,and the linear correlation coefficient obtained was 0.996 7,exhibiting an excellent linearity of the measurement system within the measurement range. By loading two sinusoidal signals 750 Hz and 1 500 Hz in conductivity cell, which had frequency doubling, the measurements of swill-cooked dirty oil, crude rapeseed oil, refined rapeseed oil, first grade soybean oil and adulterated oils were carried out at 25℃ using single-blind test method. The results showed that the relative uncertainty of the measurement results of conductivity dual frequency measurement was 0.36%-0.60%,and the measurement precision was higher and determination method was more reliable compared with common conductivity measurement. |
