Abstract:
      Three kinds of acidic ionic liquids [BSO2HMIM]HSO4、[BSO3HMIM][PTSA] and [BMIM]HSO4 were designed and synthesized, and the catalytic effects of the acidic ionic liquids in the transesterification of soybean oil with methanol were investigated. With the selected acidic ionic liquid \[BSO3HMIM\]HSO4 as catalyst, the influences of molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of biodiesel were researched with the assist of microwave. The results showed that when molar ratio of methanol to soybean oil was 10∶1, catalyst dosage was 8%, reaction temperature was 120℃, reaction time was 60 min and microwave power was 320 W, the yield of biodiesel could reach 95.8%; and the yield of biodiesel had no significant decrease and kept more than 90% when the ionic liquid \[BSO3HMIM\]HSO4 was reused for 6 times.
