The feasibility of purification of lysophosphatidylethanolamine (LPE) using silica gel column chromatography was studied. Through selection, choosing silica gel as stationary phase and chloroform- methanol(volume ratio 2∶1)as eluent, the purification process of LPE was optimized as follows: sample amount 1∶40 (mass ratio of sample to stationary phase), mass concentration of sample 30 mg/mL, flow rate of eluent 2.5 mL/min; under these conditions, the purity and recovery rate of LPE were 99.05% and 88.69%,respectively. The study provided fundamental data and theoretical support for the further industrial preparation of LPE. |
