      以冷冻结晶法对藻油中二十二碳五烯酸(DPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)甘油酯进行了分离富集研究,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用对产物中脂肪酸组成及含量进行分析。实验确定的最佳工艺条件为:以丙酮为溶剂,藻油与溶剂体积比1∶6,结晶温度-40℃,结晶时间8 h。在最佳条件下,富集藻油中DPA含量从11.65%提升至14.36%,DHA含量从44.64%提升至57.47%。
英文摘要:
      The enrichment of docosapentenoic acid (DPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) glycerides from algae oil by freezing crystallization was studied. The fatty acid composition and content of the product were determined by GC-MS. The optimal process conditions were obtained as follows: with acetone as solvent, volume ratio of algae oil to solvent 1∶6, crystallization temperature-40℃, crystallization time 8 h. Under the optimal conditions, the content of DPA in enriched algae oil increased from 11.65% to 14.36% and the content of DHA improved from 44.64% to 57.47%.
