Abstract:
      The oil was extracted from Rhamnus utilis seed by counter-flow extraction with petroleum ether(60-90℃) as solvent.The effects of ratio of material to liquid, extraction temperature and extraction time on the yield of oil were studied by single factor experiment, and the extraction conditions were optimized by uniform design as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1∶19, extraction temperature 90 ℃，extraction time 2 h. Under these conditions, the yield of Rhamnus utilis seed oil was 22.47%. The fatty acid composition of Rhamnus utilis seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS, and the result showed that twenty-one kinds of fatty acids were detected from the oil, in which the contents of linoleic acid, oleic acid, linolenic acid, palmitic acid and stearic acid were 39.540%, 30.140%, 21.530%, 4.700% and 2.430%, respectively.
