The stress and strain of castor seed in the process of cold pressing were collected by using the self-made straight tube-shaped hydraulic loading experimental device, and the relationships between stress and loading speed as well as between strain and loading speed were obtained. The results showed that the stress increased with the increase of loading speed, while the strain nearly unchanged with the average strain 0.604. Pressing effect was mainly determined by the strain, thus no matter how high the loading speed was, it was ensured that the strain of castor seed in the tube in pressing process was higher than the average strain, and castor seed oil could be obtained and outflow from the tube. |
