Abstract: |
The kernel oil was obtained from Camellia pitardii seed by ultrasound-assisted extraction, and the effects of ultrasonic power, extraction time, extraction temperature and solid-liquid ratio on extraction rate of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil were studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions of ultrasound-assisted extraction of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows: solid-liquid ratio 1∶9,ultrasonic power 200 W,extraction time 50 min, extraction temperature 55℃. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil was 36.74%.The analysis results of GC-MS indicated that the main fatty acid composition of Camellia pitardii seed kernel oil was oleic acid(78.68%),palmitic acid (8.59%),hexadecatrienoic acid (7.92%),linoleic acid (2.43%),linolenic acid (1.17%),stearic acid (0.81%) and eicosanoic acid (0.19%),and the content of unsaturated fatty acids was as high as 90.20%,which had a high application value. |
