Abstract: |
The enzymatic extraction of oil from Nannochloropsis oculata by cellulase was studied. Using enzyme dosage, enzymolysis time, enzymolysis temperature and enzymolysis pH as variables and extraction efficiencies of oil and EPA as response values, the enzymatic extraction conditions were optimized by response surface methodology on the basis of single factor experiment. The results showed that enzymolysis temperature had the greatest effect on the extraction efficiency of oil, followed by enzymolysis pH,enzyme dosage and enzymolysis time, and extraction efficiency of oil reached 98.72%SymbolqB@0.15% under the conditions of enzyme dosage 1.59 g/kg (based on the mass of dry algal powder),enzymolysis time 2.11 h,enzymolysis temperature 39.3℃ and enzymolysis pH 4.17. Enzymolysis temperature had the largest impact on the extraction efficiency of EPA,followed by enzymolysis time, enzymolysis pH and enzyme dosage, and the extraction efficiency of EPA was 97.86%SymbolqB@0.12% under the conditions of enzyme dosage 1.60 g/kg(based on the mass of dry algal powder),enzymolysis time 1.86 h,enzymolysis temperature 37.9℃ and enzymolysis pH 4.10. |
